Restorative Yoga every Wednesday 7:15-8:30pm
Join veteran Restorative teacher Janice Hooten-Racine for this highly relaxing and deeply healing yoga practice. Restorative Yoga uses a multitude of props; blankets, bolsters and blocks, to support the body in yoga positions free of strain, stress or pressure so the body can easily open and relax. A wonderful and deep pause to help still our over activity in body and mind and promote relaxation of the nervous system.
Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy
For each pose Janice pairs an essential oil to help soothe the mind and body through the senses. Only high quality oils are used.
