Michelle has been teaching yoga since 2009 and is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher leading classes in vinyasa, yin yoga and yoga nidra meditation. Working in a hectic job in academic research oversight, assisting her husband at his martial arts studio, and having 4 children (2 two-legged, two 4 legged!), Shell understands the stress that we all encounter in our daily lives. She strives to guide her yogi’s into a practice that opens the door for each person to put everything else on hold and connect to their inner being through yoga. “Yoga is your time for you. Leave all your worries and cares outside the door and give the gift of yourself to you for the mext hour”. Shell is also an advanced Reiki practitioner in the Usui tradition, and a martial artist with over 18 years training in Kempo and Kung Fu.
