For over 10 years now I have been a yogi, practicing regularly. I love how my body and mind feels after a practice. In 2019 I decided to delve deeper into yoga and enrolled in a 200-hour Teacher Training Program. I loved it! I learned more about the teachings and spiritual side of yoga, in addition to the physical, and now am ready to pass it on.
I enjoy practicing all different styles of yoga, but in my classes I incorporate a combination of Yin, Hatha and Restorative yoga poses. My goal is to offer you a more gentle class aimed at opening and restoring your body so you leave class feeling stronger, calmer and more confident.
I am also a Holistic Health Coach, guiding clients on how to integrate small changes through diet, exercise and lifestyle to reach their goals.
I love sharing all these tools with others to help support and empower them to reach their goals.
