Tina has been committed to her yoga practice for over a decade and has experienced the benefits of physical and emotional healing through consistent practice. She believes that work on the physical body directly affects the deeper aspects of our being and yoga is an invaluable tool for personal growth and transformation. Tina has completed several teacher trainings including Yogaspirit Studios in 2017 and several modules in the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts, including Pre-Natal, Restorative and Advanced Pranayama. She has also completed trainings in Yin Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. In addition to her RYT, Tina holds a master’s degree in Education and Special Education. The emphasis of her teaching was with high-risk youth. She retired from teaching to raise her younger children who have been her greatest life teachers.
