For newer and practiced yogis alike who wish to brush up on some fundamentals. We’ll simplify and deconstruct postures in order to slow down and re-explore our asana, breath & meditation practice.
This is your opportunity to go back to beginner’s mind, allowing deep connection to body and exploring sensations rather than perfecting shapes. Each week focuses on 2-3 postures that will be woven into a short flow. Basic breath patterns and short meditations will also be included.
We’ll refine what we intuitively know about our own bodies.
There will be time for some discussion and inquiries.
