How Yoga Works provides the opportunity to learn about Patanjali’s yoga sutras in the format of a novel. You’ll meet Friday, a young Tibetan woman arrested in 1101 AD for crossing the border between Tibet and India with a copy of the Yoga Sutras. Experience and learn how she uses the wisdom of the sutras to transform the corrupt world around her into a paradise on earth.
