Enjoy a full relaxation rejuvenation for your mind, body and soul self.
This session will move through 45 minutes  of soothing, opening gentle/yin yoga postures to help awaken and move vital energy, preparing the body for deep rest.

Yoga Nidra is a practice of profound rest.  Through visualization and a guided body scan, you are invited to release tension and stress from your physical, mental and energetic layers bringing the student to a state very close to sleep; hence the term “yogic sleep”.  The mind and body are harmonized in deep relaxation resulting in feeling like you had a full night’s sleep.
A brief meditation will help us integrate the experience.
