This series is a journey through holistic self care practices which honor and consciously explore the realms of mind, body, spirit, community, and earth, with intention to deeply nourish and support ourselves in many levels. We will utilize a combination of different practices each week including Yoga Asana, meditation, journaling, group processing, guided relaxation, Marma Therapy (acupressure), free movement, prayer/intention setting and more! We will have an introduction and a felt experience of these holistic methods of self care so that you can best identify the ways that best compliment and support your being and your life.
