A great way to spend some quality time learning, moving, and relaxing together. From littles to teens, grandparents to aunties and all in between. Have fun exploring what our bodies can do, and how you can feel when you feel your breath. Partner poses, massage, challenges and relaxation, we’ll stretch and calm and feel good together and end with a guided cozy relaxation.
