Join our new and passionate yoga teacher Sam Hatch for this nourishing and nurturing yoga session
Whether you struggle daily with your mental health, have the occasional stressful moment, or fall somewhere in between, join us in creating a safe and open space to weave mental health care strategies with yoga! This free and gentle practice will combine aspects of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), breath work, and grounding yin yoga asanas to support your mental and spiritual health.

Sam Hatch(They/She) has been practicing yoga for over half their life. Though she always knew yoga was important to her, it wasn’t until recently that she discovered just how important! They are currently studying to get their 200 hour certification at the Online Yoga School, a self paced and online program. Some themes you will see in Sam’s classes are accessible and safe spaces for everyone, a slow, yin style of yoga and a focus on yoga’s beneficial effects on mental health.
