From Earth to Ether

Join us for five evenings of yoga as we explore our connection to the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether.
Each week, we’ll focus on one element, using movement and breathwork to awaken and balance its energy within us. Through these practices, you’ll deepen your understanding of how the elements shape both the world around you and your inner experience. This series offers a grounded and insightful journey suitable for all levels.
