Join us as we gather under the abundant Full moon in community to pause, reflect, and connect. Enjoy a cup of tea and move your body to a rejuvenating flow of gentle, lunar inspired yoga. End your practice with the potency of a guided mantra meditation. Mantra meditation is an important and healing form of meditation where resonant sounds are repeated, providing a focus for the mind and a healing vibration in the body.
