Rise with the sun and balance both body and mind with yoga, meditation & positive intention. Practice includes physical movement & postures to awaken, strengthen, and ground and will evolve to a meditative session to calm and connect to spirit. In this week long morning series you will have the opportunity to take control of your life by creating an uplifting morning routine that sets you up to feel your best. What will you feel like after 5 consecutive days of mindful practice?
Let this series be the spark that creates a healthy habit as we move deeper into fall.
