Rise with the sun and balance both body and mind with yoga, meditation & positive intention.  Practice includes physical movement & postures to awaken, strengthen, and ground and will evolve to a meditative session to calm and connect to spirit.

Come experience the benefits of what practicing early morning can do for you!  Let this series be the spark that creates a healthy habit for 2020.

All levels of practice encouraged and welcome.

Classes meet Mondays & Wednesdays 6-7:15am
January 13 – Feb. 12 (10 classes)
$108 Sunrise Class Pass or
$17 to drop in.
