Mondays 7-8pm

Join us for this exploration into mindfulness meditation. Meditation can be a valuable tool to help peel back the layers and truly begin to feel our authentic selves. Each session will comprise of 20 – 30 minutes of mindful movement, gentle yoga to help loosen and open the body along with conscious breathing. We will then meditate with both guidance and silence. The last few moments will be integration with either rest or journal prompts.

5 week series: $65  drops ins welcome ($10-$20 suggested donation)

and class cards also welcome.
