Join Lauren for this inspiring and rejuvenating morning practice for 5 consecutive days. Experience what an early morning consistent yoga wake up can do for your mind, body and soul.
Practice begins with centering, and grounding with easeful warming movements leading to stronger standing postures. This meditative session winds down into gentler, calmer practices flowing effortlessly into relaxation.
Each year our morning yoga challenge group grows. Community is the foundation of this series and helps us commit to ourselves and our self-care in a loving and supported way.

$45 early bird by June 10.
$55 after June 10.
