See what a meditation practice can do. This six week series is appropriate for ALL, if you have a practice or wanting to start one up. We will practice simple and powerful techniques for quieting your mind and soothing your emotions. Explore common obstacles to meditating effectively, and how to understand and overcome them before you want to run from your cushion. Give your mind the profound gift of focus a calm and the ability to be with the present moment.
About JD: JD Avallone spent more than a decade struggling with intense anxiety and depression. He found peace of mind, emotional stability and confidence in an uncertain world through the inward path of meditation. JD is a soothing presence, willing to share all of his experience with you in your process of finding balance. He has been practicing and instructing meditation for over 15 years and completed a 500 hour YTT in 2008.
