Five mornings of early morning yoga & meditation to help reset the body, mind and spirit. An early morning yoga routine can help set the tone for your entire day, creating a powerful intention before anything else. It is an opportunity to reconnect with your more centered self, calm the mind to help focus and create space, and ground before stepping into your daily activities.
Morning movement and meditation jump start the metabolism while calming the nervous system, preparing you to take on the day more effectively. Take a little time for you by giving yourself the gift of self-care and connection for five days straight.
