Join Lauren for this rejuvenating morning practice for 5 consecutive days. Experience what an early morning consistent yoga wake up can do for your mind, body and soul self.  Practice begins with centering and grounding with easeful warming movements leading to dynamic standing sequencing encouraging energy.  This meditative session winds down into gentler, calmer practices flowing effortlessly into relaxation.
All levels welcome. Time to purify your intention.
