Mondays 9:30-10:45a Yin Yang Yoga with Sally
A therapeutic combination of decadent, deep, long posture holds (yin) to help adequately release tension, focus the mind, and deepen the breath; with more strengthening postures (yang) to activate energy of stabilizing and endurance building to help cleanse, balance and promote confidence.
Mondays 12-1 Open Community Yoga with Sally
An all levels, soothing practice allowing the students to move slowly and consciously through gentle to moderate postures. Nourishing breath work instruction, key strengthening movements, and ample time to release stress and quiet the mind. Pay what you can.
Tuesdays 11:15-12:15p Kundalini Yoga with Sally
An invigorating practice to equally ground and uplift. Combining the opening relaxation of hatha yoga with the focus and power of kundalini kriyas, this class leaves you inspired and energized with your body/mind aligned and awake.
