Join us on Mondays nights to recommit to ourselves, align with a regular practice, and make space for ease. The 5-Week Yoga & Meditation Challenge provides support, inspiration, and structure through postures and guided meditations each class. Use the support of a teacher and a community to commit to a tiny sliver of intentional space each day. Leave noticing the endless benefits for your body and mind.
