Partner Yoga

This is a fun practice that offers tools to cultivate more trust, connection, communication, truthfulness, playfulness, teamwork, loving-kindness and mutual support within ourselves and our relations.  The practice is all level, and can be customized to your needs.

Together we’ll explore partner pranayama (breathwork), partner stretch posture and flow, and assisted relaxations.

Celebrate and practice with your loved one, relative, friend, or just bring yourself and the universe will take care of it.

Rudy is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, offering over a decade to teaching, advanced-level trainings, immersive study and steady practice. Learned in various traditions,  she attained her later accreditations with Pranakriya School of Yoga and Healing Arts director Yoganand Michael Carroll.  She’s assisted a variety of intensive programs with master faculty at teacher-trainings (200- & 500-Hr), yoga centers, studios and schools. She loves to be a continuous student and share the practice with fellow beings.    

Classes may include yoga breathing technique (pranayama), meditation, guided awareness, philosophy, postural alignment, strength building, stabilization exercise, playful movement, therapeutic ease and restorative release.

*Classes are all-level, and based on the needs of the collective body.  Posture variations are welcome.  Let your teacher know about any contraindications.
