Connecting with self, baby and body in a mindful, loving way. Class will ease the mother during pregnancy while preparing her for labor, birth & beyond. Creating strength & stability for the Mother’s changing body, while soothing and grounding the body/mind with relaxing postures and breath work. For all levels of practice, including beginners. Sally will make this practice accessible for all to enjoy effectively from home.
