Quiet & Ground: Yoga & Mindful Meditation
Mondays in March (3/1 – 3/29) with Sally Noel
Class will be live-streamed.
We enliven what we move, and let go as we still. Class is 65% physical, 35% meditative.
Each class will begin with a landing meditation, getting out of the mind and into the body for some needed inner nourishment. By invoking our own sacred space we allow ourselves to be who we are, nothing more, nothing less, and the practice urges us to do this without judgement. Radical acceptance and radical kindness is our guide, both when we are in the expansive bliss, and when we are in aversion mode.
Come prepared to move, breathe deeply, and let go. Practice is for all bodies, all abilities, all people. Our physical practice will help move the rigid and become more fluid, invigorating our bodies and minds to help ground our own presence in meditation.
