A Restorative Yoga Immersion to cultivate grounded and rejuvenating mind, body, and spirit by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system through intentional practice and deep rest.
Complimentary additions such as Marma Therapy, guided visualization, affirmations, prayer, sound healing, and meditation will further support Restorative Yoga shapes to release physical tension, move Prana (energy) and nourish the inner landscape of heart.
Restorative Yoga is done with various props to support the body in order to release tension. Blocks, blankets and bolsters will be used. At home practice can incorporate king size pillows, cushions, and blankets.
