Restorative Meditation

Open to beginners and practiced students alike.
Explore what it means to stop, calm & practice. Through supportive postures and use of props within a gentle practice we’ll work to liberate the body and the breath helping to create more space to be. After building this opening we will engage with mindfulness meditation & deep guided relaxation.
