Soul Chill Yoga + Kirtan

Join us as we connect back with our true selves through the practice of yoga & chanting. Through rest and movement we’ll let go and re-vitalize our body’s energy with a mindful hatha yoga practice, a balance of effort and release. We’ll then enjoy mantra meditation as we end with some singing / chanting to uplift and quiet.
