Begin your Thanksgiving Day with a soothing yoga practice to help quiet, center and enliven your whole self. Practice will include mindful movement and postures, nourishing breath work, meditative moments and relaxation. Let go of tension and anxiousness to move into your day with a heart full and mind clear.
