The Aquarian Age Sadhana is an early morning spiritual practice to cleanse your mind, uplift your spirit, and set your day. It includes kundalini yoga warm ups and chanting mantras.
The Aquarian Age Sadhana was given by Yogi Bhajan to help guide our souls through the changing and often chaotic times that comes with the transition into the Aquarain Age. Each mantra-meditation in The Aquarian Age Sadhana holds a specific vibration to help give us the strength and insight to be victorious, peaceful, loving beings in this lifetime.

More about the Aquarain Age:
We are living in a time of great change. Admist this change, we are called to value wisdom over intellect, love over fear, and connectivity over separation.
Why is this change occurring?
Every 2,000(ish) years the earth completes a precessional rotation. Recently, the earth has shifted in a retrograde manner from one astrological sign (Pisces) into a new sign (Aquarias). It’s a special lifetime that gets to witness a new age transformation on planet earth.
What does this mean?
It means, whether one likes it or not, we are leaving behind an old way in order to enter a new. This new age delivers strong energy shifts offering a time we will begin living with greater awareness and more sensitivity. The old way was a mindset of “what’s good for ME” while the new way is a mindset of “what’s good for WE.” Since most (if not all) transformations come with growing pains, the shift will bring out the best and worst of mankind.
The more you can understand what is happening on the planet during this transformative time, the more you can move through all the changes without losing your balance or stability. As we evolve into a “new humanity” it’s important we have stamina, strong nerves, the ability to clean our body of toxins, and the wisdom to apply our inner divine intelligence for the highest good of all.
In order to create sustainable change, we need to come together as one.
Stop the endless searching, and start practicing Oneness.
