Yoga and Storytelling

Mondays 7:15-8:30pm with Lauren Dailey
Join Lauren for 5 Monday evenings of inspiring stories and a gentle yoga practice. Each class will begin with a 5-10 minute reading of an inspirational story from spiritual roots. Then flow through a gentle series of postures that weave in the story’s message. Each posture is meant to release tension in the body and ease the mind into a place of clarity and calm. Leave feeling inspired, uplifted, and relaxed.
