Yoga Basics 4 Week Series

This 4 week course is designed to teach students the foundations of yoga practice, from breathing to alignment, to guided relaxation & meditation. The sessions are a full practice with detailed instruction along with pockets of quiet. The classes are basic yet powerful, always urging students to work within their limits.
Yoga helps calm our nervous system and bring new vitality to our bodily systems. It promotes greater flexibility and mobility while building strength, balance and stability. Further practice helps to bring greater awareness to our actions from moment to moment, so we can drop what no longer serves and promote what feeds us positively.
