Join us for this basic yet powerful yoga and meditation class.  Learn and practice the foundational teachings of yoga breathing, posture and meditation.  Class pace is soothing with a balance of both relaxation and key strength & balance.  An excellent beginning to your week to help stop, calm and focus.

Great for beginners or any who appreciate a steady weekly class that covers the fundamentals of practice.
