Deeply Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Enjoy a highly supportive and restful experience through these specific and healing yoga practices.
The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This restorative yoga session will be highly relaxing and easefully paced. Props, like blocks, bolsters, blankets and strapsΒ are used so that you are supported in your pose comfortably.
Once we feel gently opened and stretched Chris will lead you through a Yoga Nidra, a meditative, guided relaxation journey through all the layers of your being, leaving you renewed and refreshed.
