Remembering to breathe is more than remembering to breathe...it's remembering the present moment.

My wish for you is the same as it is for myself. I wish you to be free. To be happy, healthy and whole.

Practice is a way to move from the conditional world of reaction outside, to the nectar of stillness inward. Nourishing the space and presence we feel inside begins to water the roots of our own happiness.
