Yin Yang Yoga with Dana

8-9:30am

Yin is gentler, quiet practice helping to ground, deepen breath and release tension. This style focuses on the deeper connective tissues encouraging the free flow of chi/prana through long held poses. This freed up energy encourages more vitality as we then open our awareness with more Yang, flowing with posture sequences more fluidly.
All levels welcome. A great early morning practice!

Deep Gentle Yoga with Chris

Class takes time with learning foundational breathing practices while moving through basic yet powerful postures that help bolster flexibility, release stress, and gain key strength. All levels, beginners welcome.

Soul Prana Flow with Marlo

Undo tensions and stress while enhancing your body’s energy.  This class begins with relaxed, grounding postures that gradually build into standing sequences for strength and balance.  This class will emphasize subtle alignment, but encourage self-discovery in your own unique practice.  All levels welcome to come and explore, with plenty of modifications offered to take what you need.

Slow Flow + Restore with Christine Grabo

4-5:15pm (4:15-5:30pm February 15)

Finding balance between strength and ease through movement, quiet and conscious breath.   This class is a beautiful blend of slow nourishing sequencing, highlighting energy awakening postures holds & flows with the deep relaxation of restorative postures (the body is supported in specific angles with bolsters and blankets to allow complete release and relaxation). Make enough space inside to feel everything, allowing true self room to just be.
