Private Sessions

Private sessions can benefit everyone.

Both in studio @ Raven’s Wing or Online, Sally offers individualized private sessions in both yoga and meditation practice.  She has over 20 years experience in teaching yoga through the life cycle, including prenatal, children, teens and adults.  She also holds trainings in Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness Meditation.

Sally’s approach is sensitive, warm and welcoming to all abilities.  Our sessions together are centered around you and your needs and together we will construct an effective practice to meet you where you are with a path moving forward.  Consider a session if you:

*Want to learn the basics

*Seeking relief/strategies to deal with chronic pain

*Healing from recent illness/injury

*More comfortable in a 1 : 1 environment

*Wanting a more instructional/individual practice for one’s own alignment, needs and growth

30/60/75 minute sessions are available both online and in the Raven’s Wing Studio.

Costs: Private session begin at $50.
