Both in studio @ Raven’s Wing or Online, Sally offers individualized private sessions in both yoga and meditation practice. She has over 20 years experience in teaching yoga with a background in training in Yoga Instruction from children through adults, Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness Meditation.
Sally’s approach is sensitive, warm and welcoming to all abilities. Our sessions together are centered around you and your needs and together we will construct an effective practice to meet you where you are with a path moving forward. Consider a session if you:

Sliding Scale exists. 30/60/75 minute sessions are available both online and in the Raven’s Wing Studio.
