Discover the beauty and benefits of practicing yoga with the assistance of the wall. Explore yoga with the use of many adaptive supportive devices: the wall, chairs, bolsters, blocks and straps.
Having support allows us to deepen our practice and explore our limits by testing our stretch and strength in a safe and gentle way. This two-hour class is open to the beginner as well as the experienced practitioner. Poses will range from gentle and opening to challenging. Modifications and alternatives will be offered throughout. Accepting assistance in the form of props can allow us to reach and experience poses and growth that we otherwise might not have been able to attain.
