Yoga Basics Spring Series 8 week course

A basic introduction to yoga, conscious breathing and relaxation. A gentle approach to allow time to heal, release tension & gain insight into the body, mind and moment. Class is ideal for those new to yoga, helping the student become familiar with the foundations of the practice.
