Join us for this soothing session to equally uplift and calm.  Class will offer energy to strengthen the body while increasing our flexibility – all while cultivating a focused and open mind.  Explore yoga practice in a relaxed atmosphere for all levels of ability including the beginner practitioner.  These classes incorporate movement, yoga postures, breath work, meditation and relaxation.
