This is a basic yoga and meditation class for new and beginning students to help get you acquainted with this therapeutic practice.
Each class guides you through centering breathing techniques, basic postures to help flexibility, balance energy, and key strength – both standing and ground level postures will be explored. We end class with a deep relaxation and beginner meditations.
This class is excellent for those new to yoga, wish to re-connect with the practice again or any who like the commitment of every week.
