Yoga & Meditation Basics

A soothing session to help alleviate stress, promote balance, and promote good health. This series is basic in nature and moderately paced to help develop key strength and calm energy allowing all levels of practice to greatly benefit, including beginners. Mindfulness meditation and breath-work are both integral in every session.
