Breath-work + Ecstatic Dance

Join us for a breathwork and ecstatic dance class to help us shake off stagnant energy and cultivate inner joy. This class is not choreographed and will be about gathering in community to intentionally breathe and move our bodies intuitively to beats that make our soul sing. It is an inward journey and a meditation in motion.
No experience needed, just an open mind and a joy for life. Wear clothes that are easy to move in.
Cost: $20-$35. Pre-registration strongly recommended.
