Fall Equinox Gathering
3-Hour Seasonal Mini-Retreat | Honoring the Turning of the Wheel
with Lauren Dailey
Sunday 9/21 from 1-4pm
As the day and night come into balance, we gather to celebrate the Fall Equinox. A sacred threshold between light and dark, activity and rest. This is a time to pause, reflect, and realign with the natural rhythms of the earth.
Join us for a nourishing 3-hour gathering to mark the changing season with intention and care. Through movement, ritual, reflection, and community, we’ll explore the themes of balance, gratitude, and impermanence.
This gathering will include:
-
Opening circle + guided intention setting
-
Gentle, grounding yoga and breathwork
-
Reflective journaling with seasonal prompts
-
Special guest Eliana, who will speak briefly about seasonal eating and the gifts of autumn nourishment
-
A sharing of Eliana’s homemade pumpkin granola and Lauren’s seasonal chai
-
Closing meditation to the sound of the drum
This is a space for slowing down, tuning in, and connecting with ourselves and each other. No yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome.
What to Bring:
Clothes that are easy to move in & a journal/pen.
Let’s honor the harvest within and around us, together.
