Solstice Full Moon – Yoga & Live Music

Summer Solstice Full Moon

Yoga & Live Music

with Sally and Neal

Friday June 21, 6-7:30p

Join us for this evening of re-awakening!  We are taking time to be with the energies of both the solstice and the full moon within a practice of yoga and meditation.  Neal will offer the perfect soundscape of ethereal guitar to facilitate both presence and calm in musical beauty.
Our session together will be a balanced blend of meditative pause, fluid movement, energetic fullness and spacious rest.  Solstice time can be about connecting with nature’s beauty and the beauty to live in our full authentic selves.  Whether you bring this into conscious awareness or not, this evening will be an enjoyable one of soothing the body/mind and live music!
Sliding Scale.  Pre-registration available or drop ins welcome.
