Been hesitant to practice due to your chronic pain?  Curious if yoga could help? This class is ideal for you.
Join Dana Cervone for this 8-week series exploring chronic pain, mindfulness and yoga. This course will be both educational and experiential helping both the mind & body work together. Each class will consist of education regarding chronic pain and yoga, as well as a movement practice.
Besides being a yoga instructor, Dana is a Nurse Practitioner who has worked with Veterans with chronic pain for the last decade and she is bringing this knowledge and experience to Raven’s Wing. Chairs will be available for anyone who has difficulty or can’t get on the ground.
