Watering the Roots Yoga & Meditation Immersion

Watering the Roots

Saturday June 1, 3:30-5pm

with Sally Noel

As Thich Nhat Hanh, the beloved Vietnamese Buddhist Teacher states, “Gratitude is the bridge between suffering and joy.”
During this session together, we’ll work with embodiment, a physical practice of soothing, energy rich yoga posture and breath to help release tension and raise energy.  Connecting with our strength, focus and balance we can better feel our way into spaciousness and a calm to welcome meditation.
We’ll engage with mantra practices to bring about a higher vibration within the heart space allowing gratitude to flow.
Sally teaches within the scope of tantric hatha yoga and Buddhist insight meditation, this immersion fuses both.

Practice is suitable for all levels of ability.

Cost: $20/35/50

Proceeds will benefit Love 145

>>Directly after we will have a Studio/Community wide Satsang, or gathering with many RWY teachers present.  This is a time to share, discuss, listen, ask questions pertaining to yoga practice widely or individually.
