Meditative Flow Yoga Immersion

Because sometimes you need a 2 hour yoga class!
This class will be an opportunity to ground a bit more, to take ample time with pranayama (breath practice), movement, stillness and rest. Meditative Flow utilizes the breath and postures for deep release, making room to excite energy for focus and strength. The body/mind are left cleansed, limber and calm revitalizing our inner spirit.
Class is open to all levels, working at your own pace is always promoted. Be with your practice a little longer, see what opens up!
Rachel Hart took her first basics course 12 years ago and never realized how important yoga would become in her life. What was once thought to be primarily a physical practice has come to be an opening into a deepening emotional and spiritual space. Always interested in learning the roots of where beliefs and applications come from, she completed her 200 hour teacher training with the Pranakriya School of Healing Arts in 2013, because of its emphasis on the historical context of yoga. As a yoga practitioner and practicing Catholic, Rachel is keenly interested in the spiritual paths that each provide and has come to discover that there is no one roadmap on this journey of life.
